Informational and Educational Use Only
The Service provides general informational and educational content only. The Service is an automotive publishing website and is not a vehicle repair shop, inspection service, emergency service, roadside assistance provider, engineering consultancy, manufacturer, dealer, or professional automotive advisory service.
Nothing on the Service constitutes professional mechanical advice, professional safety advice, engineering advice, legal advice, financial advice, or any other form of professional advice. No content on the Service creates a professional-client relationship, mechanic-client relationship, advisory relationship, agency relationship, or fiduciary relationship between You and the Company.
You should not rely on the Service as a substitute for inspection, diagnosis, repair, or advice from a qualified automotive professional. If You are unsure about a vehicle issue, repair procedure, warning light, unusual noise, smell, vibration, braking behavior, steering behavior, handling behavior, fluid leak, or any other vehicle condition, You should consult a qualified mechanic or appropriate professional before continuing to drive, inspect, or repair the vehicle.
Automotive Safety Disclaimer
Automotive diagnosis, maintenance, repair, and vehicle operation involve risk. Vehicle problems can lead to property damage, mechanical failure, fire, serious injury, or death. Safety-critical systems include, without limitation, brakes, steering, suspension, tires, wheels, fuel systems, electrical systems, engine components, cooling systems, airbags, seat belts, and driver-assistance systems.
Vehicle symptoms can have multiple possible causes. Similar symptoms may be caused by different underlying faults depending on the vehicle, model year, maintenance history, driving conditions, prior repairs, modifications, parts quality, climate, road conditions, and other factors. The Service cannot inspect Your vehicle, verify the condition of Your vehicle, or determine whether Your specific vehicle is safe to drive.
Any Automotive Content, including troubleshooting steps, urgency levels, drivability guidance, “can you drive” guidance, repair difficulty ratings, diagnostic suggestions, maintenance schedules, product recommendations, or similar content, is general informational guidance only. It is not a guarantee, certification, inspection result, or determination that any particular vehicle is safe to drive, safe to repair, or safe to operate.
Do not continue driving if braking, steering, handling, visibility, tire condition, engine operation, electrical operation, or any other safety-related function feels reduced, unstable, inconsistent, abnormal, or unsafe. If a vehicle shows signs of a serious issue, such as reduced braking performance, a brake pedal that goes to the floor, loss of steering control, severe vibration, smoke, fire, fuel smell, fluid leaks, overheating, a loose wheel, a tire failure, or any warning light indicating a safety-critical problem, stop driving as soon as it is safe to do so and seek appropriate professional assistance.
You are solely responsible for deciding whether to inspect, repair, tow, operate, or continue driving a vehicle. You assume all risk arising from Your use of, reliance on, or interpretation of any Automotive Content published on the Service.
DIY Repair and Maintenance Risk
Any do-it-yourself inspection, maintenance, or repair work is performed at Your own risk. Improper diagnosis, improper repair, incorrect parts, incorrect tools, incorrect lifting or jacking procedures, incorrect torque specifications, incomplete repairs, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions can cause vehicle damage, unsafe vehicle operation, injury, or death.
Before performing any inspection, maintenance, or repair, You are responsible for verifying all procedures, specifications, parts compatibility, safety precautions, and legal requirements using reliable sources, including the applicable vehicle owner’s manual, factory service information, repair manual, technical service bulletins, qualified professionals, or manufacturer guidance where appropriate.
Use proper tools, protective equipment, safe work practices, and appropriate lifting and support equipment. Never work under a vehicle supported only by a jack. Do not perform any repair or inspection that exceeds Your skill level, available tools, or safe working conditions.
Accuracy, Completeness, and Currency of Information
We aim to publish useful and practical automotive information, but We do not warrant or guarantee that any content on the Service is accurate, complete, current, suitable for Your vehicle, suitable for Your circumstances, or free from errors or omissions.
Automotive information may change over time. Vehicle designs, parts, procedures, diagnostic methods, safety standards, product specifications, pricing, availability, manufacturer guidance, and laws may vary by jurisdiction and may change without notice. Content on the Service may become outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate.
The Company has no obligation to update any content, although We may update, edit, remove, or revise content at Our discretion.
Editorial Process and Use of Automated Tools
Some content on the Service may be researched, drafted, edited, summarized, organized, or enhanced with the assistance of automated systems, artificial intelligence tools, data sources, editorial templates, or third-party tools. We may also use human review, editorial guidelines, source references, and quality-control processes where appropriate.
Despite these processes, content may still contain inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, or errors. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it, especially where vehicle safety, repair decisions, product purchases, or continued driving are involved.
Product Recommendations, Affiliate Links, and Advertising
The Service may include product recommendations, product comparisons, affiliate links, advertising links, sponsored links, or links to retailers and third-party marketplaces. If You click on certain links or make a purchase through certain links, We may earn a commission at no additional cost to You.
Affiliate relationships, advertising relationships, or commercial relationships may influence which products, services, retailers, or offers are included on the Service. However, We aim to provide useful content and may also reference products, services, or sources for informational purposes without receiving compensation.
Product information, including prices, availability, compatibility, specifications, reviews, ratings, shipping details, warranties, and seller information, may change without notice. You are responsible for verifying product suitability, compatibility, safety, and current terms directly with the manufacturer, seller, retailer, or other appropriate source before purchasing or using any product.
The Company is not responsible for products, services, advice, claims, warranties, pricing, availability, delivery, returns, defects, injuries, losses, or damages arising from third-party products, retailers, manufacturers, marketplaces, websites, or services.
Third-party Links, Embedded Content, and Sources
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Service may also include embedded content, videos, images, quotes, references, data, tools, advertisements, affiliate offers, product listings, or other materials provided by third parties.
The Company has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, policies, accuracy, availability, safety, legality, privacy practices, or actions of any third-party websites, services, products, or materials.
You acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage, injury, loss, claim, or expense caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of, reliance on, or interaction with any third-party content, goods, services, websites, products, or materials available on or through the Service.
We strongly advise You to read the terms and conditions, privacy policies, safety information, product documentation, warranties, and instructions of any third-party websites, services, manufacturers, retailers, or providers that You visit or use.

In such jurisdictions, the limitations and exclusions in these Terms shall apply to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer
The Service is provided to You “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, with all faults and defects, and without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its affiliates, licensors, service providers, suppliers, authors, editors, contributors, contractors, and partners, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the Service and all content on the Service.
